Terms of Service

You are permitted to view this website. However, bots, fake accounts, spam accounts, fraudulent accounts, and fraudulent activity of any kind are strictly prohibited.

No Exposure of Private Details or Personal Information

Illicit drugs are not permitted on the premises, nor is counterfeit money to be exchanged for services or brought into the studio. Any such activity must take place outside and off studio property, where we are not responsible for it. Refunds are not provided unless the terms outlined in Section 11, "No-Shows, Cancellations, and Delays," apply.

You must respect the studio space and keep it clean. If you make a mess, you are responsible for cleaning it up. We are only responsible for cleaning messes that we make.

You must respect all studio equipment and studio property; you must not damage or break it. You will be held financially responsible for any equipment you break or any damage you cause. You must stay a reasonable distance from the equipment at all times, except when using the microphone to record.

You must treat producers and staff with respect. No stealing, or attempting to steal, work or music from the studio in any form.

No personal photos or videos are permitted inside the studio. The only recording device permitted is our security camera and you must turn your phone off inside the studio until you leave.

Smoking is not permitted inside the studio, as it damages equipment. Smoking is permitted outside as you have the right to freedom outside of the studio.

Everything created in this studio is considered private, unless and until you choose to release or share your music on your own platform. You retain the right to do as you wish with your own music.

No harassment and no unnecessary drama will be tolerated.

Once a time is scheduled between staff and the customer, that time is final. We will work within the agreed schedule. Repeated or unauthorized changes to scheduled studio time are not permitted.

No-Shows

If you do not show up for your scheduled studio time, you must pay the full price of the package selected on the website if you wish to book another date.

In addition, a $50–$150 fee, depending on the package price, will be deducted from the refund for the package you paid for but did not attend.

This does not apply to the Ignite package booked for less than 4 hours, in which case no refund will be issued.

Early Departure

If you purchase a package and show up for your scheduled studio time but are unable to stay for the full session, you may book a new date at the exact same time as your original booking to qualify for an early departure rescheduling date.

If you booked the Ignite package for less than 4 hours, you will not receive a refund.

For all other packages, the new date must be booked at the exact same time as your original booking. If you do not book the new date at the same time as your original booking, the situation will be treated as a no-show.

All rescheduling is subject to mutual agreement and availability. A $50–$150 rescheduling fee will apply, depending on the package price.

You will retain the same amount of remaining studio time that you had when you originally arrived but were unable to complete the session.

The new date cannot be booked for the following day or the day after.

Delayed Recording

If you take an extended amount of time to begin recording after being asked to do so promptly, your package may be canceled.

It is your and our responsibility to read and understand this website and the Terms of Service before purchasing any service. Failure to do so does not exempt you from these terms, and you may be held responsible for violations regardless of your understanding of the rules. For example, if you violate the Terms of Service, you will not be allowed at the studio, and your payment to the studio will be treated as a no-show. We agree to set a timer for the amount of time you scheduled for studio time.
